TIL-TEK Antennae Inc. a world leader in the design and manufacture of base station, CPE and customized antenna solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Kemptville, ON, facility.

Intermediate to senior level of Excel, Word, etc.
Implementation of MS Great Plains and Quickbooks Enterprise Edition
Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements
Preparation and distribution of monthly departmental statements
Review and establishment of internal controls
Assistance (to auditor/preparer) of annual Canadian corporate tax return information. Review of same @ receipt from preparer
Assisting with the budgeting process
Analyzing Customer transactions – revenue, gross margins, etc.
Managing/assisting the year end external audit
Minimum 5 years accounting experience and an accounting diploma or equivalent.
An understanding of all sub-ledgers and their corresponding internal controls
Knowledge of inventory items setup procedures

Duties may include:

Management of revenue (timely invoicing, review and clearing of unbilled receivables, review of deferred revenue, timely collections, etc.)
Management of expenses (timely data entry, verify post employee expense reports, timely payment processing, etc.)
Reconcile sub-ledgers
Processing of online customer payment services: ie, Credit card processing, EDI, Paypal, Web Orders etc..
Preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly revenue reports
Preparation of bank reconciliation within the accounting software
Attention to detail is also a MUST
Managing the month end accounting closure processes
Other reports and analyses as required by the Accounting Supervisor or CFO
